For over four decades, Scott Lockhart has walked the land—reading its slopes, listening to its flow, and shaping resilient systems that work in harmony with nature. As the founder of Central Texas’s original drainage firm, he has personally completed over 8,000 stormwater inspections and drainage projects, from residential properties to major infrastructure.
What began as a boots-on-the-ground commitment to solving drainage issues has grown into a nationally trusted practice—offering virtual and on-site consultations across the U.S. and beyond.
